Where does your caviar come from?
Our caviar comes exclusively from sustainable, family-run farms in Bulgaria that are CITES-certified. The sturgeon are raised in natural spring waters from the Thracian Mountains.
What is the difference between your caviar varieties?
We offer four varieties: Osciètre Classic (White Label), Osciètre Sélection (Blue Label), Bester Classic, and Beluga Delicate Selection. Each variety is distinguished by its flavor profile, texture, and intensity. Detailed descriptions are available on each product page.
How is delivery handled?
We offer 24-hour express delivery throughout Switzerland via Swiss Lune, using insulated, temperature-controlled packaging. Delivery: CHF 17 — free on orders of CHF 250 or more.
How should caviar be stored and served?
Store the caviar between 0°F and 4°F. Once opened, consume within 24–48 hours. Serve on ice with a mother-of-pearl or wooden spoon—never a metal one.
