Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Delivery Areas
CaviarNoir.ch currently CaviarNoir.ch throughout Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein.
2. Shipping Methods
2.1 Canton of Geneva
• Area : Canton of Geneva and neighboring municipalities
• Shipping options : courier delivery or Swiss-Express “La Lune”
• The shipping method is determined by CaviarNoir.ch on the order and availability
• Delivery time : same day or next day, depending on the time of order and the delivery method selected
• Fees : amount specified at the time of order
2.2 Swiss-Express “La Lune” — Rest of Switzerland and Liechtenstein
• Service : Swiss Post, Swiss-Express “La Lune”
• Delivery time : Next-day delivery by 9:00 a.m. for orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (business days)
• Packaging : insulated container with ice packs
• Tracking : tracking number sent by email as soon as the item is shipped
• Fees : amount specified at the time of order
Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 p.m., or on Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday.
3. Order Receipt
Upon receiving your order, we recommend that you:
• Check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person.
• If there is visible damage, make a note of it and take photos.
• Immediately place the caviar in the refrigerator (between 0°F and 4°F).
• Please report any issues within 24 hours tocaviarnoir.ch.
4. Returns and Complaints
Since caviar is a perishable food product, returns are not accepted except in the following cases:
• Product damaged upon delivery
• Wrong item delivered
• Obvious quality defect
4.1 Complaint Procedure

• Attach photos of the product and the packaging
• Describe the problem you encountered
We are committed to responding within 24 business hours and offering a replacement or a refund.
5. Order Cancellation
An order can be canceled at no charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately atcaviarnoir.ch.
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
6. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the same payment method used for the order within 10 business days.
