Where does your caviar come from?
Our caviar is produced on family-run farms in Bulgaria, in the valleys of Thrace. The sturgeon have been raised in natural spring waters for over 25 years. Each batch is CITES fully traceable, from farm to table.
What is the difference between your caviar varieties?
Our Osciètre White Label offers a briny, buttery profile with golden grains—ideal for lovers of ocean flavors. The richer Blue Label reveals nutty notes with glossy black grains. The Bester is a rare hybrid, creamy and delicate. The Beluga is the most prestigious: twenty years of patience for grains of absolute finesse.
How is delivery handled?
Every order is carefully packed with ice in a refrigerated box and shipped from Geneva the same day for orders placed by 3 p.m. on business days. Delivery within 24 business hours throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Free shipping on orders of CHF 100 or more. For 4-hour express delivery in Geneva, please contact us directly.
How should caviar be stored and served?
Store your caviar between 0°C and 4°C (in the bottom of the refrigerator). Take it out 5 minutes before serving. Use a mother-of-pearl or wooden spoon—never metal. Enjoy it on its own, on a warm blini with a dab of unsalted butter, or straight from the palm of your hand to fully appreciate its subtle flavors.
