Our Osciètre White Label is the most luminous expression of Russian sturgeon raised in Bulgarian spring waters. Its golden-amber grains reveal a pale hue that immediately hints at its finesse. On the palate, a delicate briny attack—a subtle hint of the sea—is followed by buttery notes and a clean, mineral finish.
Prepared using the malossol method (approximately 3% salt) directly at our partner farms in Bulgaria, then shipped chilled from Geneva the same day.
